It may be winter, but gardening isn’t over! Gardening Expert Phillip Watson shares some tips on what we can be doing over the colder months. You can re-edge your green beds to make them crisper, put down fresh mulch, and cut back your perennials so you don’t have a big scruffy mess to look at all winter long. Phillip also leaves a 4″ stem on his lily bulbs so when he is digging in the spring, he does not accidentally dig into the bulbs.
